The Unwritten Rule by Elizabeth Scott

I wish I had an advance reading copy (ARC) of The Unwritten Rule by Elizabeth Scott and could do a review. I can't wait to see how she makes me "like" Sarah, who definitely violates the strongest rule of girl friendship. Sigh.

From Scott's site:

In stores on March 16th!

Everyone knows the unwritten rule: You don't like your best friend's boyfriend.

Sarah has had a crush on Ryan for years. He's easy to talk to, supersmart, and totally gets her. Lately it even seems like he's paying extra attention to her. Everything would be perfect except for two things: Ryan is Brianna's boyfriend, and Brianna is Sarah's best friend.

Sarah forces herself to avoid Ryan and tries to convince herself not to like him. She feels so guilty for wanting him, and the last thing she wants is to hurt her best friend. But when she's thrown together with Ryan one night, something happens. It's wonderful...and awful.

Sarah is torn apart by guilt, but what she feels is nothing short of addiction, and she can't stop herself from wanting more...

So why am I posting advance notice about the release of a book instead of waiting until I can share my own thoughts? Elizabeth Scott is holding a fantastic giveaway, and you can also enter by encouraging people to read her new book through your blog, Tweeting, and all sorts of other ways. Creativity is strongly encouraged.

Learn more at the author's blog here. Hurry because you only have until March 2, 2010, to enter!!

That would be a pretty unforgivable thing. Men come and go, but friends are forever!
